This lovely cottage features a stylish modern kitchen, sitting / dining area and bathroom with bath and shower, located on the ground floor level. 

The stairs lead up to the first floor with two bedrooms, the rear bedroom has twin beds, and the front bedroom has a double bed. 

At the rear of the property, you’ll discover a stunning enclosed west facing garden, featuring a beautiful Devon cob wall. 

Parking – paid on street parking available nearby or FREE after 5pm to 9am. 

Please note this is a SMALL fisherman’s cottage. Ideal for 4 people.

We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners.

Fresh, clean linen is provided with one towel per person.

Extra guests £15.00 per person/per night

If you wish for more people than 4 to stay, there is the option of guests sleeping on the sofa beds. Prior to booking for 5 people, please ensure you understand one guest will be sleeping downstairs in the sitting room and that you are happy for 5 people sharing a small space with one bathroom

Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request. Pets fee is £50 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet.
