This grand three-bedroom mid terraced town house is set over 3 stories.
A fully equipped large kitchen/dining area, spacious living room, one bathroom (First floor) and downstairs WC.
There is a fully enclosed private back yard (a little sun trap) to sit back and relax in.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor (twin room). The living room, bathroom and kitchen are found on the middle floor.
The lounge area includes two double sofa beds for extra guests.
There are a further two bedrooms on the top floor, one double room and one twin room.
This house has a lovely communal area, perfect for a relaxing time.
We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners.
PARKING – There is one allocated car parking space in the car park at the rear of Otis House and a space at the front of the house, that can be used to park a small car.
(The space at the front of the property is very narrow, with walls on either side, guests are welcome to use this space but It must be at their own risk).
There is also visitors parking available at Heavitree Park, this works on a first come, first serve basis.
Fresh, clean linen is provided with one towel per person.
Extra guests £15.00 per person/per night
Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request. Pets fee is £50 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet.
